Colleen is dedicated to each individuals experience being a positive one at peak lifestyle studio, a woman-centered group fitness facility.
She has taught Buti Yoga since 2015 and has educated on the safe and effective uses of essential oils since 2013. She enjoys teaching classes that bring people out of their comfort zones, while feeling like they belong the moment they walk in the door.

Giannina Price
Zumba

Giannina is originally from Peru, she has been teaching Zumba since 2014 and is very passionate about dancing!
She loves seeing her students feeling free, confident and happy through moving their bodies.

Rebekah Arzuaga 
 Dance Fit

Rebekah is a certified Zumba instructor with several years

of experience in group fitness and online classes!
She was born in California but spent the majority of her youth

in Montana and the rest of her childhood in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Most recently teaching in Texas before moving to La Grande,

health and fitness have always been an incredibly healing part of

her journey as a mom and woman.

Hannah Rose
Aerial Yoga

Hannah Rose is a local business owner and massage

practitioner with a background in many movement modalities. 

She has studied Modern, Ballet, Jazz, NIA and Middle Eastern

dance, and is also a yoga instructor.  Her deep love for Aerial

Yoga stems from time spent in Eugene when she discovered

the many joys of Aerial. 

 
Leslie Thompson
Optimal Stabilization
Training

Leslie is a certified personal trainer with 2+ years of training

experience.
Being Born and raised in the Bahamas, Leslie has spent most of his childhood being active in sports when not studying. As time passed,

he discovered that fitness and health is something that he was

passionate about. He then made the decision to not only make

living a healthy life a priority, but to also help others along their

journey to a healthy way of living using his Youtube channel, personal training sessions and now fitness based classes at Peak Lifestyle

Studio.
He is certified under NASM (National Academy of Science and

Medicine) with his studies covering Stabilization, strength and power based training.

Rebecca Viray
Pilates & HIIT

Rebecca joins the Peak Studio with her experience of her personal fitness journey practicing 20 yr of multiple Yoga styles, 8+ years Pilates, 6 years barre, 3 yrs Buti yoga, internal training and is a regular swimmer.

She started practicing Pilates to enhance her active lifestyle and it grew

into a daily routine. She recently completed her Primary Pilates Instructor Certification and is eager to encourage and support students to increase endurance, agility and strength to promote a healthy lifestyle.


Rebecca has a B.S.  Degree in Biological Science and vast experience in the field of outdoor recreation and professional Biologist in the Fish,

Wildlife and Ecological Sciences.

Her past experiences leading and instructing groups includes Guiding in Alaska, a Professional snowboard instructor and an Ambassador for a Woman Outdoor Group.

Other interests include skiing and snowboarding in the winter, whitewater rafting, kayaking, paddle boarding and backpacking with her husband and children in the summer.

Buti Yoga

This healing modality, which pairs dynamic asana with intentional shaking + vibration, is a healing catalyst for ALL bodies.

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body

Pilates

Pilates is a full body-conditioning workout comprised of a series of movements to improve strength, agility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. The exercises promote elongated and toned muscles, and are noted for developing abdomen, lower back and buttocks strength, and create a strong body core. The class is designed to challenge the beginner and the practicing student. This class covers the fundamental principles developed by Joseph Pilates in a mat-work and flow movements sequence

Dance Fit

Rebekah's Zumba class combines dance, body weight exercises, and a whole lot of fun for a cardio workout that will get your heart rate up and muscles toned. Specifically designed with repetitive movements to encourage memorization of the steps, ensuring you get the most out of your workout.This class is suitable for all fitness levels and you will be sure to leave with a smile on your face!

Buti Sculpt

Essentially, this training ensures that you are using the proper muscles and performing the proper movements to ensure that you don’t get hurt in later stages of training. Allow Leslie to help you achieve your fitness/health goals through stabilization based group training.
