At Peak Lifestyle Studio, our goal is to provide you with affordable and convenient ways to cater to your mind and body. We offer many experiences and ways for you to stay healthy. 

 

Zumba is a fitness program inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body

Zumba

A low impact very friendly Zumba class- great for those just starting out or wanting less impact on joints. Enjoy this light cardio dance fitness class with world and pop music!

Zumba Gold

Fusion of classic mat Pilates and flow yoga to especially strengthen the core. This is the perfect quick lunchtime class!

YoPi

This healing modality, which pairs dynamic asana with intentional shaking + vibration, is a healing catalyst for ALL bodies.

Buti Yoga

Bands are utilized during high-intensity intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement.

Buti Bands

Build strength and work on balance, breathing and stretching. Each class ends with a restorative sequence to realign your body and mind.

Pilates Refresh

Hybrid of Barre and Pilates exercise. Stemming from roots in Ballet, Barre work targets core engagement and utilizes isometric training (contracting isolated muscle groups while maintaining a static position with the rest of the body) in combination with pulsing and high rep range-of-motion movements. Enhanced by elements of Pilates to stimulate form, endurance, and abdominal power, Barre-Lates is designed to develop posture, strength, balance, flexibility, alignment, coordination, stability, breath support, mind/body control, and lean muscle definition.

Sweat incorporates weighted exercises as well as body weight moves to increase muscular endurance, cardiovascular capacity, and confidence!

This class focuses on aiding muscle recovery and releasing tension in the body and mind.

Yoga Refresh

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. (Although Zumba is in the name, there is no dancing involved!)

Hoop Dance Fitness involves warm-up and stretching with the hoop, cardio, choreography, learning new tricks in all dimensions, hoop move terminology, combinations, and an overall great time while you find your own hoop groove and improve your skills.

Inversion and traction are two techniques that allow the body to realign itself.  The pressure of the silks on the hips can act as a deep tissue release, and inversion increases both blood and oxygen flow to the brain.  Aerial Yoga is a practice of liberation and joy, as we stretch and soothe the body the mind is released and at peace.

Hybrid of Barre and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises. HIIT stimulates the cardiovascular system by alternating fast-paced, rigorous bursts of anaerobic movements with active recovery periods. Interwoven with the stamina and muscle-toning benefits of Barre work, Barre-HIIT increases the heart rate and burns an abundance of calories while promoting strength, power, speed, and agility.

Colleen is dedicated to each individuals experience being a positive one at peak lifestyle studio, a music driven group fitness facility.
She has taught Buti Yoga since 2015 and has educated on the safe and effective uses of essential oils since 2013. She enjoys teaching classes that bring people out of their comfort zones, while feeling like they belong the moment they walk in the door.

Fitness is an act of self-love which Jocelyn Berado believes leads us to our highest potential. Her philosophy is that the art of exercise nurtures the body, mind, and spirit by providing a more evolved understanding of self which permeates throughout all avenues of life.

Zumba

Giannina is originally from Peru, she has been teaching Zumba since 2014 and is very passionate about dancing!
She loves seeing her students feeling free, confident and happy through moving their bodies.

Hannah Rose
Aerial Yoga

Hannah Rose is a local business owner and massage practitioner with a background in many movement modalities.  She has studied Modern, Ballet, Jazz, NIA and Middle Eastern dance, and is also a yoga instructor.  Her deep love for Aerial Yoga stems from time spent in Eugene when she discovered the many joys of Aerial.

Olivia (Liv) believes fitness should support the real life activities you love to do so that you can live and love with energy to spare! Liv is the owner of Liv Fit LLC (2010-current) and has taught group fitness/dance classes since 2006 with students ranging from 1-89 years old. She is the originator of YoPi, Pilates/Yoga Refresh, Barre-HIIT, Barre-lates and Toddler Time.

Jessica lives and breathes her passion for fitness and loves sharing it with others! She is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer and is ready to take YOU to the next level.

Krisy Rose
Hoop Dance

Miss Krisy Rose has been dancing her entire life! Her dance and circus career has taken her across the world many times including two U.S. and Canada tours.
The love and light she sees in her students and her children’s faces as they learn new ways to move and dance keeps her going and inspires her to learn more and continue her dance and art education.
