At Peak Lifestyle Studio, our goal is to provide you with affordable and convenient ways to cater to your mind and body. We offer many experiences and ways for you to stay healthy. 

 

This healing modality, which pairs dynamic asana with intentional shaking + vibration, is a healing catalyst for ALL bodies.

Buti Yoga

Zumba is a fitness program inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body

Bands are utilized during high-intensity intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement.

Pilates

Rebekah's Zumba class combines dance, body weight exercises, and a whole lot of fun for a cardio workout that will get your heart rate up and muscles toned. Specifically designed with repetitive movements to encourage memorization of the steps, ensuring you get the most out of your workout.This class is suitable for all fitness levels and you will be sure to leave with a smile on your face!

Dance Fit

Inversion and traction are two techniques that allow the body to realign itself.  The pressure of the silks on the hips can act as a deep tissue release, and inversion increases both blood and oxygen flow to the brain.  Aerial Yoga is a practice of liberation and joy, as we stretch and soothe the body the mind is released and at peace.

Stabilization Training is the phase of training that focuses on increasing muscular endurance and stability all while developing optimal coordination. Essentially, this training ensures that you are using the proper muscles and performing the proper movements to ensure that you don’t get hurt in later stages of training. Allow Leslie to help you achieve your fitness/health goals through stabilization based group training.

Colleen is dedicated to each individuals experience being a positive one at peak lifestyle studio, a woman-centered group fitness facility.
She has taught Buti Yoga since 2015 and has educated on the safe and effective uses of essential oils since 2013. She enjoys teaching classes that bring people out of their comfort zones, while feeling like they belong the moment they walk in the door.

Rebekah Arzuaga 
 Dance Fit

Rebekah is a certified Zumba instructor with several years of experience in group fitness and online classes!
She was born in California but spent the majority of her youth in Montana and the rest of her childhood in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Most recently teaching in Texas before moving to La Grande, health and fitness have always been an incredibly healing part of her journey as a mom and woman.

Giannina Price
Zumba

Giannina is originally from Peru, she has been teaching Zumba since 2014 and is very passionate about dancing!
She loves seeing her students feeling free, confident and happy through moving their bodies.

Hannah Rose
Aerial Yoga

Hannah Rose is a local business owner and massage practitioner with a background in many movement modalities.  She has studied Modern, Ballet, Jazz, NIA and Middle Eastern dance, and is also a yoga instructor.  Her deep love for Aerial Yoga stems from time spent in Eugene when she discovered the many joys of Aerial. 

Leslie Thompson

Training

Leslie is a certified personal trainer with 2+ years of training experience.
Being Born and raised in the Bahamas, Leslie has spent most of his childhood being active in sports when not studying. As time passed, he discovered that fitness and health is something that he was passionate about. He then made the decision to not only make living a healthy life a priority, but to also help others along their journey to a healthy way of living using his Youtube channel, personal training sessions and now fitness based classes at Peak Lifestyle Studio.
He is certified under NASM (National Academy of Science and Medicine) with his studies covering Stabilization, strength and power based training.

Jessica lives and breathes her passion for fitness and loves sharing it with others! She is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer and is ready to take YOU to the next level.

Kristy Wright
Essentrics Stretching

Kristy has been a massage therapist for 10 years. Born and bred in Eastern Oregon. She has lived in Idaho, Eastern Washing, and Nevada. La Grande is lucky to have her back!
She started Essentrics partially because of her understanding of anatomy and the movements make sense. Past injuries and arthritis led her search for something that could be done for the rest of her life and with it, she saw great improvement.
