Hi everyone, my name is Amanda Tsiatsos, and I’m a CPT, group fitness coach, and certified spin instructor. My passion is helping people change their lives most and realistically possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.

When I began my fitness journey, I was anything but the picture of health. I had shallow muscle mass and very high body fat. I knew I wasn’t eating right; 3 sugary coffees a day and very little food added up to low energy and a poor quality of life. I decided to do something about it. I immersed myself in a new lifestyle and have never regretted it. I did, however, have multiple ups and downs. It took me years to thoroughly examine my workouts and nutrition and make the necessary changes.

Learning the benefits of metabolic training, HIIT, and strength training entirely transformed my body, and my passion is sharing my knowledge with others.
